all of my body hair is fine and light colored. i can go weeks without shaving my legs before its noticeable, and people are always asking me if i shave my arms (i don’t). and during the winter i almost never shave my pits. now that its tank top season we’ll see how long i go with out shaving. but right now i’m enjoying the freedom. 

i love this blog and posted it to my facebook, saying its one of my new favorite blogs. one of my good friends commented saying how disgusting and unsanitary it was to not shave my pits. i countered with the point that men don’t (often) shave their pits, so are they unsanitary for doing so? i think not! so why should i be considered dirty and unsanitary for not shaving my pits? i hate getting razor burn and the like and looking like a chimp always scratching at my pits. 

i also read in some girlie (prolly seventeen or cosmoGIRL) magazine years ago about “letting your arm pit hair grow out for six months then braiding it”  i think some fans here would take that as a challenge. :P
